Join Spin and Jump Rope classes at McArthurGlen

If shopping isn’t your only cardio, participants are invited to join McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver for outdoor Spin and Jump Rope classes with Shift + Lift and Jump Rope Vancouver on Saturday, July 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the centre’s luxury and garden piazzas.
Starting at 10 a.m., registrants can Spin for Joy with Shift + Lift’s dynamic spin and circuit session. In the afternoon, registrants can learn the skills of jump rope with Jump Rope Vancouver’s exhilarating jump rope classes before a captivating double-dutch demonstration. Participants then end the day showcasing what they've learned during a ‘social jump.’ The event will also include live music featuring DJ Lily along with a slew of exciting giveaways.
Registration for each fitness session is mandatory and by donation (minimum donation of $5 for all sessions), with all proceeds going to support the Richmond Food Bank Society.
